在今天（14日）举行的国台办新闻发布会上，发言人朱凤莲介绍了台湾同胞相关领事保护工作情况。    (ECNS) -- China’s National Climate Center warned a historic “Super El Niño” is forming in the equatorial Pacific and is likely to peak this winter. Sea surface temperature indices reached 2.64°C in midAugust, suggesting it could surpass records set in 1982 and 2015.    The warming trend has already triggered extreme rainfall and typhoons across China this summer. Projections indicate most of the country will face warmer temperatures this autumn.
